We are happy to announce that Susan Nikkila, a Nurse Practitioner, joined our team here at Family Naturopathic Clinic!
Susan is a Nurse Practitioner in family health care with a Masters degree in nursing. She is also a medical and cosmetic esthetician. Her injection techniques result from a long career of injecting as well as ongoing education and training. Susan is certified in neuromodulator (botox) injections and dermal fillers. Susan studied facial anatomy extensively on real human faces (dissections) and brings with her a wealth of knowledge.
She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Ontario, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Susan has practised nursing for over 18 years in areas such as medicine, emergency, community health, and health care management. She is certified in leadership and management at the post-graduate level.
When you meet with her during your free assessment, she can tell you about other facial rejuvenation procedures she offers, such as skin rejuvenation, acne scaring minimization and hair regrowth to address receding hair lines, baldness and alopecia.
