Medavie Blue Cross has recently announced that it opened its online claims portal to Naturopathic Doctors. ND’s can now process patient’s claims directly through Medavie’s ePay Claims portal.
With this system, ePay Blue Cross, our clinic will be able to submit claims electronically through their secure provider web portal for the patients who have health insurance with them. It’s quick, easy, convenient and free—best of all, it means both happy clients and happy providers!
The major benefit is the Convenience for the patients—they’re not required to submit claim forms or pay more up-front than they need to.
Also, the patients and the doctors can easily keep track of claims and payment summaries using the secure portal.
